There is no investment on infrastructure required. We have the entire available & necessary infrastructure to support your needs through remote service. We only want you to have an Internet connection & PCs or Servers that require technical services and the process, policy and procedural information that is needed to answer your customer queries. You'll be glad to know that we're not charging you anything for the infrastructure; you only have to pay for the services you require.

We do not outsource our jobs. The employees are in our direct payroll.

Every employee is capable of speaking, writing as well as reading English fluently. Apart from that we employ graduates in computer science or relevant fields. In addition to this many hold professional certifications like RHCE. RHCT, CCNA, MCSE, MCP etc.


  • What is your payment structure?

For every new process initially we provide a week's trial and after the confirmation of the process our client is entitled to receive two weeks credit. Although it's a month-to-month payment, we send Invoices 15 days prior to the start of next month service.

We accept payments through PayPal, Cheque, credit card payments and wire transfer for those who are located in US.
